Getting Started

Setting Up Daily Drafts

Daily drafts are the foundation of automated content creation. Here's how to get started:

  1. Navigate to Schedules - Go to your dashboard settings and click on "Schedules"
  2. Enable Daily Drafts - Toggle the switch to activate automatic content generation
  3. Review your settings - The system will generate posts at 9 AM UTC daily
  4. Check your email - New draft posts will be delivered to your registered email

How Daily Drafts Work

When enabled, Waldium's intelligent system:

Understanding the Schedule System

Schedule Types

Currently, Waldium supports one primary schedule type:

Daily Draft Schedule

  • Frequency: Every 24 hours
  • Time: 9:00 AM UTC
  • Content: AI-generated blog post drafts
  • Delivery: Email notification with full post content

Schedule Execution

The system processes schedules intelligently:

Smart Processing:

  • Only runs if 23+ hours have passed since last execution
  • Processes multiple sites in batches to prevent timeouts
  • Continues processing even if individual schedules fail
  • Includes comprehensive error handling and logging

Content Intelligence:

  • Analyzes your recent posts for content patterns
  • Matches topics to your site's industry and audience
  • Uses your knowledge base for enhanced context
  • Maintains consistency with your brand voice

Schedule Status:

  • Enabled: Schedule is active and will run
  • Disabled: Schedule is paused and won't execute
  • Last Executed: Shows when the schedule last ran
  • Next Run: Displays the next scheduled execution time

Managing Your Schedules

Dashboard Controls

Your schedules dashboard provides simple controls:

  • Toggle Switch - Enable or disable daily draft generation
  • Status Indicators - See when your last draft was created
  • Next Run Time - Know exactly when your next draft will arrive
  • Real-time Updates - Changes take effect immediately

Schedule Status

Active Schedule:

  • Green indicator shows the schedule is running
  • Next draft time is displayed
  • Last execution time is shown
  • System is actively generating content

Inactive Schedule:

  • Gray indicator shows the schedule is paused
  • No automatic content generation
  • Can be re-enabled anytime
  • Previous execution history is preserved
